JAMB UTME REGISTRATION: the joint admission and matriculation board (JAMB) recently released the made it public it the sale of 2015/2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination application form to prospective candidates. The sale of the form according to Jamb official website site will commence from September 2015 to January 2016.
JAMB made this disclosure through its Registrar Prof. Dibu Ojerinde in Abuja on Tuesday that the entrance examination giant is ready to fix the flaws it encountered in the section CBT registration and examination process. To this, Prof Dibu said they are doing all within their best to see how they can get all candidates registered without hitches in the various CBT centre across the nation, just as Jamb have resolved to implement full-blown Computer-Based Test for the 2015 UTME examination.
He further emphasized that the few lapses of malpractice and impersonations encountered in the first edition of the CBT jamb exams were as a result of lopsidedness from the registration process in cyber-cafes; therefore the board is putting up measures to checkmate those flaws.
As it stands, all prospective candidates for the 2015/2016 are expected to obtain their application document from the designated bank and there after go to various CBT centre and register for the fourth coming examination at a regulated fee.
There are about 300 CBT centre scattered across the country with a well trained personnel to assist candidate during registration for the examination.
