In this project work, I shall consider how the transfer of product should be carried out in Nigeria bottling company (coca-cola) using Enugu and Onitsha plant as a source and Enugu Urban, Awka and Onitsha Urban as demand centres in order to minimize the cost of transportation and make more profit.

Their major distribution center are located in Enugu Urban, Awka and Onitsha Urban, but during supply the company experiences some difficulties to the environment the plant is being situated. Now the aim and objective of this project work is to determine the best combination of activities levels which do not use more resources than are actually available.
It could equally be said that the project work deals on the best possible way of shipment of goods from different source to different destination to minimize the cost of transportation.
